We ship to anywhere in the USA via standard postal rates and are able to ship to many other countries. To ship outside of the USA please contact us for a quote and related policies.

We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Orders ship next business day in most cases.

We will REPLACE any product that is deemed defective in any way. (example: broken zipper) In the event that a product is deemed defective, we will replace the product at our cost. Contact us for a return shipping label and instructions. The returned product must have a clear description of the defect and/or damage.

You can EXCHANGE any product that you are not 100% satisfied with.* (example: wrong size was ordered) In the event that a change is requested that is not related to the product quality or shipping damage, buyer pays for the return shipping and shipping for the replacement product. We will exchange the product with one of equal value. *Products must be UNWORN WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED.

Requests for ALL returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt.

Instructions for Return:

• You must contact us via email if you would like to return or exchange a product prior to shipping the return for instructions. We cannot guarantee returns or exchanges without prior contact.
• When returning products, please include: [copy of] your packing slip, [copy of] your receipt, reason for return/exchange, confirmation number provided in email instructions, and the original packaging.
• You must ship your return within 15 days.
• You must use our preferred shipping method indicated.

In the event that the product you are returning for replacement/exchange is on back order, we will issue you a store credit and keep you updated as to delivery times. If the product is no longer available, you will be given the option of replacing it with a similar product of equal value, or a refund for the purchase price.
